Section 324 Notice 
 

Section 324 - In compliance with federal law, the Towner County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), gives notice that the Towner County Emergency Operations Plan, which includes the Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory (Tier II) Reports and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS’s), has been received and reviewed by the Towner County LEPC.
 

These documents, along with the hazardous materials response plan for Towner County, are available for public inspection at the Towner County shop – Emergency Manager’s Office between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
