A variety of home health agencies serve Towner County providing:

Telehealth - devices placed in client's homes to take vital signs (weight, oxygen level, blood pressure, pulse, temperature) every day. The results are transmitted by phone line back to the Home Health office for review by RNs. With this system, RNs can detect and address even the slightest abnormalities before they become serious.

Evaluation visit in your home upon request of you, your family, or your physician to assess if we can provide services which will enable you to stay in your home

Home Health Aide to assist with cares such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, nail care, exercise

Registered Nurse to provide services in your home such as:

Medication set-up

Injections
-
Wound care
-
Blood collection for lab work

Catheterizations
-
Health teaching on diabetes, heart, and other health conditions

Assistance with equipment obtainment

Monitoring after discharge from a hospital or nursing home

Services are available seven days a week from Registered Nurses and Monday - Friday from Home Health Aides.
